With effect from 1 November 2004 all mortgage business became regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) resulting in more stringent practices being put in place. We therefore made the decision to introduce all our clients to an Independent Mortgage Advisor.

Red Apple estate agents recommended independent mortgage arrangers provide personal financial solutions and have been specialists in mortgages of all types: residential, buy to let and commercial; for over 15 years. All their advisers are fully qualified to give both financial and mortgage advice. Types of cases include mortgages for:

The mortgage review usually involves a short meeting to gather the information. This can be in your own home or your/our office, as preferred. There will be no charge for this initial meeting and you are under no obligation to take up the recommendations made.We can also provide a second opinion on your mortgage situation should you already have an advisor.

Your results

The first figure gives the total monthly payment for a straight repayment mortgage, including both interest and payment towards the capital loan amount. This reduces the amount owed on the capital, month by month. The second figure shows the amount of interest payment only.
