Our Letting Service
At Red Apple we try to ensure that the day-to-day management of a property taken through ourselves is consistent. However, there is a difference between the three services we offer our landlords.

Let Only
We will:
1. Actively market your property to prospective Tenants.
2. Carry out reference checks on all prospective Tenants through an independent referencing company.
3. Notify appropriate authorities and utility companies of the change in occupancy.
4. Collection of first month's rent and deposit.
5. Hold the Tenant's deposit for the duration of the Tenancy.
6. Carryout an inventory and arrange for a gas safety certificate at the beginning of the Tenancy.
7. Renew the Tenancy agreement for a further term if suitable.

Part Management
We will:
1. Actively market your property to prospective Tenants.
2. Carry out reference checks on all prospective Tenants through an independent referencing company.
3. Notify appropriate authorities and utility companies of the change in occupancy.
4. Collection of first month's rent and deposit.
5. Hold the Tenant's deposit for the duration of the Tenancy.
6. Carryout an inventory and arrange for a gas safety certificate at the beginning of the Tenancy.
7. Renew the Tenancy agreement for a further term if suitable.

We will then continue collecting the monthly rent for the landlord and will deposit into your chosen account with full month to month statement showing payments. You will take on management of your property.

Our full management services include:

  • Dealing with insurance claims, whether property, contents or emergency
  • Organising insurance cover and furnishings
  • Assisting with all your furnishing and redecoration queries, including arranging quotes.
  • Collection of rent from the Tenant and deposit monies into your bank account.
  • Produce a statement on a monthly basis showing all income and expenditure.
  • Organise for Landlords gas safety certificate to be carried out
  • Rent Guarantee. (Subject to Terms and Conditions)
